Thus, the 28-year-old Mr Pyne planned to open in the city of Cleveland a private college, which will conduct courses on the cultivation of hemp. The program courses include questions relating to the history, biology, and legal aspects of the cultivation of this crop.
In an interview with one of the American editions of Richard Pyne noted that the main purpose of creation of the College is to promote konoplevodstva among the local population and training of specialists conducting hemp business.
Classes at the College of hemp will be paid. The six-week part-time course will cost students $ 1,000, and the total consisting of 135 hours - at $ 5200.
Unlike other schools of America, Mr. Pyne says that graduates of its training places will be employed within 6 months after graduation. In addition, students are guaranteed to be able to practice at the companies that agreed to cooperate with hemp college.
At present, the college does not have its own building and is located in the removable buildings typical office building. Although the complex neighbors do not complain of this neighborhood, Richard Pyne states that still have unhappy, complaining about hemp symbols located inside the building and which, supposedly, is easily visible from the street from the windows.
On such remarks Mr Pyne does not pay much attention, because all the forces he intends to send to the destruction of the myths and stereotypes that are shrouded in hemp, to educate people about its medical uses and therapeutic properties of this unique culture. "In our own example, we want to show the skeptics that cannabis lovers are smart and successful people, not lazy, and dirty hippies, able to commit the offense and listen to Bob Marley," he told reporters.
