The authors of the petition argue that psychoactive hemp greatly facilitates heavy withdrawal symptoms in drug addicts who have decided to give up the deadly habit.
They refer to the experience of such states as California and Massachusetts, where, thanks to the fairly liberal legislation regarding medical use of medical cannabis, doctors often prescribe cannabis heroin addicts and patients with dependence on other opioids.
According to the above law, from health officials must respond to the appeal within 180 days. If the answer is yes, then Man would be the first state in which the list of diseases, which give the right to use psychoactive hemp, officially appear and opiate addiction.
