Our colleagues working in the Hemp Consulting information and analytical platform described the " Dynamics of the development of the hemp-infused drinks market in the United States ", including focusing on marketing techniques for how " Canadian manufacturers of CBD drinks are adapting to market realities ."
The material below is about the introduction to the US market of the 'Veryvell' cannabinoid drink, which contains plant-based cannabidiol instead of alcohol, the seventh largest in the world by the brewery Molson Coors Beverage Co. According to the company's management, 'Veryvell' is one of the most promising non-alcoholic brands of the American-Canadian corporation, which already produces coffee drinks under the 'La Colombe' brand and energy drinks 'ZOA Energy'.
'Veryvell' is a collaboration between Molson and the Canadian hemp company Hexo Corp. The aforementioned cannabinoid drink is already being marketed in Canada along with four other brands, the result of a collaboration between the two companies, however, unlike products already on the Canadian market, the American 'Veryvell' drinks do not contain tetrahydrocannabinol. In addition, the state of Colorado will be the first US administrative region to distribute 'Veryvell'. The sale of Veryvell soft drinks with grapefruit tarragon, strawberry hibiscus and blueberry-lavender flavors is planned to be organized through retailers and through the Internet.

Plant-based cannabidiol, marketed as an effective relaxation agent, is becoming one of the trends in the consumer goods market in North America. One of the most dynamically developing and actively promoted sectors is the use of non-drug cannabinoids in various types of drinks (non-alcoholic, low-alcoholic or alcoholic).
Despite the fact that the market for the use of therapeutically active elements of hemp as one of the main ingredients in food, drinks or cosmetics is several times higher than the market for pharmacological preparations made on a hemp basis, in our country there is legal work in this sector of modern hemp growing on currently not regulated. In the event that the possibility of the legal use of the leaves and inflorescences of therapeutic hemp will be formalized only at the level of departmental orders and instructions, in Ukraine (taking into account the creation of special varieties of therapeutic hemp), several highly profitable sectors can be formed during 2021. modern hemp growing - food, cosmetic, beverages, zoo, various kinds of additives (food, feed, dietary, biologically active), etc.
