Considering the fact that the Ukrainian breeders have cultivated varieties of technical hemp, rich in non-carnan cannabinoids, primarily cannabidiol, it is possible to predict that in the near future, at least the Ukrainian cannabinoid cosmetics and other products containing a significant amount of cannabidiol.
One of the most dynamically developing hemp markets is the cannabinoid industry, primarily the food segment, the sector of biologically active additives and cannabinoid cosmetics. Having placed emphasis on conducting explanatory work with responsible state officials, representatives of the Australian company have achieved the opportunity to conduct a large-scale advertising campaign, focusing on the therapeutic properties of non-narcotic cannabinoids, primarily cannabidiol.
On the one hand, the current legislation of Ukraine cannabidiol, as well as other non-narcotic cannabinoids, still belong to the list of especially dangerous narcotic drugs, the turnover of which is prohibited. On the other hand, leaves and inflorescences of technical hemp are not subject to control by the state.
