In particular, an American multinational pharmaceutical company signed an agreement with a biopharmaceutical corporation, according to which Pfizer will acquire all the securities of Arena Pharmaceuticals, Inc. at a price of $ 100 per share as part of the above transaction, which in total amounts to about $ 6.7 billion.
