The leader of US public opinion, Martha Stewart, referred to as the “Queen of Home Economics”, agreed to advise the leadership of the Canadian hemp giant in order to create new consumer products made from hemp raw materials. Martha Stewart has signed a contract, according to which she will work as a consultant to the company's management responsible for the development and promotion in the US market of various goods and products intended for use by people as well as pets. According to Ms. Stewart, her first employee council for Canopy Growth was the need to emphasize the underdevelopment of the cannabis pet food industry. In particular, Ms. Stewart stated that “She is looking forward to the results of joint activities that will provide the opportunity for the widest selection of products for pets that are currently not being sufficiently focused on in the field of cannabis production”. Based on information prepared by the “Queen of the Home Economy”, Canopy created products for four-legged pets that contain cannabidiol.
