In Canada, allowed to grow psychoactive cannabis at home
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine submitted a draft law, proposed modifications to the profile law. In the case of the adoption of the legal act on the territory of our country it will be allowed to use cannabis, not only in industry, but also for medical and scientific purposes.
Federal Court of Canada overturned a ban on the cultivation of psychoactive cannabis at home for medical purposes.
This decision was made by Judge Michael Phelan suit four residents of British Columbia. They argued that the ban entered last Conservative government, infringes their rights and freedoms. As a result, Phelan ruled that the ban should be lifted for six months, for which the federal center will have to take the appropriate law.

Research global pharmaceutical giants and research institutions of foreign countries not only support the use of cannabis as extremely effective medicine, and provide a basis for the active development of the pharmaceutical industry trends on the basis of hemp raw materials (Israel, United Kingdom).
