Legal use of cannabinoids present in cannabis leaves and buds

heading_title

Some specialists in Ukraine have experience in the use of therapeutically active components of the leaves and inflorescences of industrial hemp purchased abroad. Particularly impressive is the national technology of "overgrowth" of bone cavities resulting from osteosarcoma treatment.

The human body contains a variety of cannabinoid receptors that help regulate important processes, including learning, memory, neuronal development, appetite, digestion, inflammation, general mood, sleep and pain perception, metabolism, and much, much more. The participation of cannabinoid receptors, which are crucial for the normal functioning of many physiological systems of the human body, emphasizes their potential as sources of cannabinoid use, supplied with food, cosmetics, various kinds of additives or pharmacological preparations.

It has already been established that non-narcotic cannabinoids of plant origin help with pathological conditions such as childhood epilepsy, glaucoma, neuropathic pain, schizophrenia, and also have antitumor effects and help suppress chemotherapy-induced nausea.

In economically developed countries, the demand for the use of non-drug cannabinoids is growing rapidly, in particular in the food industry, the production of hygiene and cosmetic products, as well as food / feed / dietary supplements, the manufacture of substances used in veterinary medicine and, of course, for the production of pharmaceuticals. The huge demand for the use of the therapeutic properties of drug-free cannabinoids has led to the active distribution on the market of their synthetic alternatives, which not only mimic the positive effects on the human body, but also cause a huge number of harmful side effects (it has been established that synthetic cannabinoids are at least neuro- and cardiotoxic).

While cannabidiol (CBD) is currently the most abundant cannabidiol (CBD) on the global market, there are many other drug-free cannabinoids with tremendous therapeutic benefits. The aforementioned therapeutic agents (as opposed to THC and CBD) are present in tiny amounts in the hemp plant, but ongoing research demonstrates their extreme efficacy both in their natural state (consumption of specially bred leaves and inflorescences) and in concentrated forms. The therapeutic properties of drug-free cannabinoids are manifested as follows:

•  Tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCA) has anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic and neuroprotective effects;

•  Cannabigerol (CBG) and its precursor cannabigerolic acid (CBGA) are anti-inflammatory, antibacterial agents, and stimulate bone growth;

•  Cannabinol (CBN) and its precursor cannabinolic acid (CBNA) help regulate sleep and reduce insomnia, anxiety and pain;

•  Tetrahydrocannabivarin (THCV) and its precursor tetrahydrocannabivaric acid (THCVA) improve memory, reduce appetite, have neuroprotective properties and stimulate bone growth.

These unique qualities of the aforementioned drug-free cannabinoids offer tremendous opportunities for the creation of various products used for industrial purposes.

Slide of the presentation "Possibilities of using the medicinal properties of technical hemp of therapeutic orientation", demonstrating the possibility of "overgrowing" bone cavities with the help of individual components of the plant of the national variety "Mriya"

During the round table “Experience of using the therapeutic elements of technical hemp as raw materials for food, cosmetic preparations, biologically active or feed additives” held for the 5th year students of the “Hemp University”, it will be clearly demonstrated how legally using the leaves and inflorescences of technical therapeutic cannabis in our country can be healed or treated severe, including chronic diseases without the use of expensive pharmacological preparations.
