Does the new Regulation impact on recreational cannabis market?
 
No. Access to the use of psychoactive cannabis used for medical purposes is allowed only in cases stipulated by the relevant legal acts. Points of Sale recreational cannabis, popularly called "preventive" or "compassion clubs" do not have authorization for therapeutic cannabis sales. These representatives of the market selling mostly untested, substandard products. Their activities are not currently fully regulated by the rule of law and, therefore, potentially dangerous, as it has for the most part illegal sources of supply. The only legal way in Canada produce psychoactive cannabis for medical purposes, it is to buy raw materials in 34 certain state manufacturers, authorized by Health Canada.
