Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) is a structural unit of Australia's Department of Health and Aging. TGA is the regulatory body that determines the possibilities for using therapeutic products in the country. “ Australia legalized the possibility of using medical cannabis ” in 2016 under certain conditions by prescription. At present, government agencies in the Green Continent are considering products containing drug-free cannabinoids as Schedule 4 drugs, available only by prescription. An agent is considered a CBD drug if it contains up to 2% of other cannabinoids.
