The analysis of different theories of heterosis is given in the article, the features of creation of monoecious hemp varieties are historically analysed by hybridization of dioecious with monoecious forms. Conceptual bases of creation of heterosishybrids are worked out on the basis of the self-pollinated lines, character of inheritance of plant-breeding signs is set at separate hybrids.

The dynamics of changes of moisture content of hemp stocks and soil in a spring period were investigated; on the basis of this dynamics the beginning of hemp stocks harvesting and duration of the period in accordance with the requirements of sowing of agricultural crops were determined. Technical equipments of every technological operation of harvesting in accordance with the requirements of sowing of agricultural crops were calculated.
