Competitiveness in the global market for modern hemp breeding, both of individual countries and specific companies, is determined by several key factors:
- security with an adequate regulatory framework;
- the availability of the possibility of selection / seed production / cultivation of hemp plants;
- the functioning of a flexible processing system;
- providing a ubiquitous sales system.
Focusing on the features of the above factors in individual countries, as well as their impact on the functioning of specific sectors of modern hemp breeding, the dynamics of the development of the industry in specific economically developed countries is monitored. In addition, the identified positive and negative experiences are projected onto the modern hemp breeding market in Ukraine.
The presentation was prepared for use in the training of students of the Hemp University, as well as a brief summary of ongoing research on this topic by the Hemp Consulting information and analytical platform.
