The use of cannabinoid hydrolysate in non-alcoholic products is not something extraordinary in the modern hemp market. In a number of economically developed countries of the world, non-alcoholic, low-alcohol or alcoholic beverages are already being produced, the recipes of which include cannabinoid hydrolysate. In our country, cannabinoid hydrolysate made from the leaves and inflorescences of technical hemp of the therapeutic orientation of the “Mriya” variety is already being produced on an industrial scale. The result of its use will be the appearance on the Ukrainian market by the end of 2024 of a number of non-alcoholic and low-alcohol cannabinoid drinks with significant therapeutic potential.
